All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Germany and Switzerland.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to every country we deliver to. No additional shipping charges apply.

Where we ship

We deliver to the countries of the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

We ship your order as soon as possible after payment has been received. Delivery then usually takes 3 to 5 business days (European Union, United Kingdom, United States). For deliveries to Switzerland, the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling fees may apply. Unless these are already shown and collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. We cannot accept liability for delays or returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or undelivered shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us promptly. We will take the matter up with the carrier and find a solution.
