Order confirmation
Once your order goes through, you receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. Check your spam folder as well, and review the delivery address, products, colors, and lengths.
Shipping
As soon as your order has shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking – if tracking is available for the shipping method. Delivery times and available options are shown at checkout.
If the shipment is not moving
Tracking can update with a delay. First check the last scan and the delivery address you entered. If the status stays unchanged for an unusually long time, write to info@stessia.com.
