A few habits keep your extensions calmer, better groomed, and easier to comb in everyday life.
Before sleeping
Do not go to bed with wet hair. Brush the lengths and wear a loose braid or another low-tension style that reduces friction.
During sports
Secure your hair loosely but firmly. After heavy sweating, let the scalp and attachment areas dry; avoid permanently damp roots.
Sea and pool
Salt, chlorine, and strong sun can stress the hair and the color. Protect the lengths, rinse them with clear water afterwards, and care for them thoroughly. Discoloration from minerals or sunscreen can show up especially in light shades.
Updos
Choose positions that keep the rows and beads covered. Very tight styles can create unnecessary tension.
Check regularly
Watch for knots, slipped beads, or pressure points, and schedule the re-fitting in good time.
